Nymokku
Nymokku (De Wolf & Arpatle), is a dark ambient duo from Utrecht, The Netherlands. Their music is a result of utilizing various acoustic instruments and other objects as firewood for electronic processing.
Acid Solder Club
Veerle Pennock is a creative electronics builder, living beep machine and conductor of a yet to be defined live-set setup.
From self-made electronic instruments, midi sequenced radio’s and DIY modular synth experiments gone wrong, there’s always something strange bubbling away in the background. From lo-fi textures to evolving melodies and wobbly rhythms, her style can go from close-your-eyes-and step-into-my-spaceship-ambient to punchy acid in a fly.
Veerle is also the founder of Utrecht’s DIY creative electronics workspace Acid Solder Club at the Hof van Cartesius, and frequent local Helles and Schwartz hunter at Boot122
Microloop
Microloop is a musical project of Henk Hop (Utrecht). Microloop’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of sound extends beyond the studio to live performances. The artist’s use of granular effects in a live setting adds an element of unpredictability and spontaneity to the music. Each performance becomes a unique sonic journey. He will be playing tracks of his latest EP which has been primarily made with FM synthesis by using Operator.
[Moosdohmen]
[moosdohmen] is a Dutch producer of live analog beats and modular sounds. He combines dub, drone, and lo-fi ambient elements to create his own blend. He performs with a 7U modular setup, Torso T1/S4, guitar FX pedals, and Elektron Syntakt and Pulsar 23 analog drum machines.
Since 2023 he has done modular livesets at Paradiso Amsterdam, Vondelbunker, Ruigoord, OT301, Modulation Utrecht, Dutch Modular Fest, Doka Amsterdam, Waveforms, Ruis Festival (with FreakedMusic), ElektrikCafe Arnhem, Zeeplab, Modulab POM Eindhoven, ZIMIHC, and in Berlin and Cologne, Germany. Together with Paul Alstein he did live ambient dub sets in Amersfoort and Zeeplab. He also collaborates with FreakedMusic and with PressAnyKey.
In the past few years he has done live streams for New York Modular Society, Colorado Modular Synth Society, and Modular World. He also did podcasts for the Ambient Vault and Data Cult Audio series.
